DENMARK VISA

Denmark is a Scandinavian country in Northern Europe bordering the Baltic and the North Sea. The country consists of a large peninsula and many islands referred to as the Danish Archipelago. Denmark boasts a modern market economy in which the prices of goods and services are determined in a free price system. The Danish Government granted a visa for the purpose of a short stay (less than 3 months) in Denmark and other Schengen countries. Employment is not permitted during the stay covered by the visa. Foreign citizens who are exempted from basic visa requirements can stay, but not work, in the Schengen region up to 3 months. TYPES OF DENMARK VISA

The Schengen Visa (short-term visa): allow its holder to travel to the Schengen area for a certain period up to the maximum of 90 days in every 180 days period.

There are 4 types of Schengen visa:

Tourist Schengen visa: a permission to visit any country within the Schengen Area for a leisure or tourist visit. The holder of the Tourist Schengen visa can stay in the Schengen Area for the number of days indicated on the visa, which cannot exceed 90 days in the period of 180 days;

Business Schengen visa: The holder of this type of visa is allowed to do business, attend meetings, conferences & fairs in the country of destination. A visa does not allow you to work in Denmark unless the Immigration Service has explicitly granted you this right;

Visiting Family & Friends visa: The holder of this type of visa is allowed to stay in the Schengen Area with the purpose of visiting family members or friends;

Airport Transit Schengen visa: This type of visa is for the airport transit in the Schengen Area. The holder of the visa is not allowed to leave the so-called transit area at the airport.

The Limited Territorial validity Visa: allow its holder to travel to or transit through the Schengen States specifically mentioned on the visa.

The National Visa (long-term visa): allow its holder to work, study, or reside in Denmark.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR DENMARK VISA APPLICATION

All visitors to Denmark must submit:

Application form signed by the applicant;
Original passport valid for at least 06 months from the date of entry into Denmark and still has blank pages;
A copy of the old passport;
Copy of previous visas (Shengen, US, UK, Canada or Australia);
Notarized true copy of Household Registration Book;
Travel insurane of 30,000 Euro;
Proof of financial standing:
- Bank statement within the last 03 months;
- Remittances/ Credit cards/ Regular incomes generated by property;
- Proof of properties;
Hotel reservation;
Proof of social status:
- For employee: payslips within the last 03 months + Labor contract/ Recent employer statement

- For children: Notarized true copy of Parental Authorizations; Birth Certificate and a copy of ID card of the parents;

For business purpose, providing the following documents:

Proof of existence of trade;
Notarized true copy of Proof of Prior Business, Import-Export License
Entry ticket or fairs (if any);
Company’s decision to appoint staff to go on business trip abroad;
Vacation’s authorization

Company In Denmark

Invitation letter;
A copy of the inviter’s passport;
A copy of Pernament Residence Permit (for non-Danish reference);
Bank statement within the last 03 months;

For tourist purpose, providing the following documents:

A copy of return air ticket;

VALIDITY OF VISA

A visa allows you to stay a maximum of 90 days in any 180-day period in Denmark and is normally valid for the entire Schengen region. The counting of the 90 days in any 180-day period must include stays in all Schengen countries, unless you have stayed in Denmark or in another Schengen country on the basis of a residence permit or long-stay visa (D visa).

SWEDEN VISA

Sweden, one of the most visited destinations in the world, has many diverse geographic features. In the north (above the Arctic Circle) Sweden is rugged with snow-covered mountains and thick forests, while central Sweden is dominated by lower mountains in the west that give way to heavily forested hills and ridges, dozens and dozens of rivers and an estimated 101,000 lakes. Granted for those who are visiting Sweden for business or conference meetings.
Applicants who are applying for the purpose of sports or cultural visit can apply for Business visa as well.

Provided for those who are visiting their family, friends or relatives in Sweden

RULES FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT NEED A VISA

You can divide the 90 days over several visits and travel freely in and out of Norway.
If you have been in the Schengen area in the last 90 days, you must check when it is possible for you to re-enter, and how many days you can stay in Schengen.
If you have had a residence permit in Norway which has expired, you must travel out of Norway and the Schengen area. You can then travel into Norway again and stay here for up to 90 days without a visa.
You must have a passport which is valid for at least three months longer than the date you plan to leave Norway.
You must normally have NOK 500 available for each day of your stay in Norway. You may be asked to document this when you enter the Schengen area, for example by showing cash, credit cards or documentation of prepaid accommodation and transport. If you are staying with family or friends, you do not need to have this much money. Alternatively, the person you will be visiting can provide a financial guarantee.
You must be able to travel back to your home country or the country in which you hold a residence permit at the end of your stay.
Normally, you cannot work in Norway during your visit. If you wish to work, you must apply for a residence permit.

FRANCE VISA

Visitors to France can either enter the country without a visa or in some cases they must first obtain a visa. If you travel to France for stays of less than or not exceeding 90 days, you will need to apply for a Schengen visa. This visa is valid for France and for all, the 26 countries of the Schengen Area). The visa application processing times is 15 days, and the processing times may take longer depending on the volume of visa applications received. Any appointment made less than 15 days before the departure would make the process risky. The Embassy of France in Vietnam is responsible for issuing short stay visas in representation of Estonia and Malta. TYPE OF FRANCE VISAS

Short stay Visas:

A short-stay visa can be issued for several purpose: tourism, private visit, family visits, or business travels (conference, trade visit, fairs, training session,…). Under certain conditions, it may be valid for internships.

Long stay visas

If your stay exceeds 90 days, you must obtain a long-stay visa. This is particularly the case if you are a student, if you are employed in France (the members of your family who will accompany you will also need to apply for a visa for mission employee family). If you want to stay in France for more than 90 days for other reasons, you must request a long stay visitor visa.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FRANCE VISA APPLICATION

All visitors to France must submit:

Application form signed by the applicant.
Original passport valid for at least 06 months from the date of entry into France and still has blank pages, the passport issued not over than 10 years ago;
02 photos white background, size 3,5 cm X 4,5 cm size, must be taken within the last 6 months;
A copy of Vietname temporary residence card, work permit applied for foreigner working in Vietnam;
Original documents of the Family book and the marriage certificate;
Travel Medical Insurance covering the entire period of intended stay, valid for all Schengen States and covering any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death during your stay (minimum coverage EUR 30 000);
Reservation of return airplane ticket;
Proof of sufficient financial:
- Bank account statements for the last three months
- Certificate of bank balance or saving account certificate
- Payslips for last 3 months
- Proof of employment and salary from your employer
Proof of social and professional status:
- For employee: employer’s certificate with the name, position, date of hiring and termination and the amount of the net salary of the applicant (employer on paper header - dated, signed and stamped with the seal of the company), and labor contract;
- For business owners / shareholders: the business registration certificate;
- Land / property owners, as elements demonstrating the properties and income derived there from;

Company in Vietnam

Business registration and Business license, Certificate of Tax Payment ;
Bank account balance or saving bank account statement;
A letter of business decision from a company in Vietnam indicating the applicant’s position, length of employment and purpose of visit(s) to France;
Mission statement of the company or university regarding to the cost of business trip of employee during the stay in France or Schengen area;
Tickets of entry for congress, exhibition, meeting, conferences taking place in France, training in the parent company (if any).

For tourist purpose providing the following documents

Trip schedule (travel itinerary indicating the number of days spent in each country of Schengen area)
Reservations for hotels for the whole length of stay in France or Schengen area;
Confirmation of the reservation for organized trip, if necessary;
Confirmation of round trip air-ticket.

Note : For minors (under 18 years), it is necessary to provide written authorization, signed by both parents or legal representative, notarized with photocopy of passport or other identification of the parents / legal guardian with their signatures and the proof of family relationship (if the copy of the household registration book provided above do not already mentioned, provide the birth certificate of the minor).

VALIDITY OF VISA

A short-stay visa is single entry and stay less than 90 days
The short-stay visa can be issued for several purpose: tourism, private visit, family visits, or business travels (conference, trade visit, fairs, training session,…).

PROCESSING TIME

Although the average processing time is usually much faster than the statutory period of 15 days, for your comfort and your convenience, we suggest that you submit your short stay visa application at least 15 days before your intended travel date.

Visitors to Sri Lanka visiting for tourism purposes must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), unless they are exempt, prior to arrival or on arrival to Sri Lanka or they must obtain a visa in advance. Citizens of the following 21 countries must obtain a visa in advance from one of the Sri Lankan diplomatic missions: Afghanistan, Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Egypt, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Uganda. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months.

LIST OF COUNTRIES ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE SRI LANKA VISA

Citizens of countries are allowed a maximum stay of 60 days: Seychelles (60 days, up to 90 days in a single year)

Citizens of countries are allowed a maximum stay of 30 days: Maldives (can extendable to 150 days), Singapore (can extendable to 150 days)

Citizens of the following 21 countries must obtain a visa in advance from one of the Sri Lankan diplomatic missions:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SRI LANKA VISA APPLICATION

All visitors to SRI LANKA must submit:

Original passport valid for at least 06 months from the date of entry into SRI LANKA and still has blank pages;
2 passport photos in 3,5x4,5 cm size white background, must be taken within the last 6 months;
A copy of Vietname temporary residence card, work permit applied for foreigner working in Vietnam;
Application form signed by the applicant;
Return air ticket.

For business owners: Notorized true copy of Business Registration Certification;
For employees: Notorized true copy of Labour Contract, original Letter of business decision, Recently pay-slip 3 months.

In order to get a tourist visa to the UAE, you need to use a sevice with one of the UAE-based airlines, a tour agency or a prospective hotel in the UAE

VALIDITY OF VISA

For Tourist visas to the UAE can be issued for 30 days or 90 days duration, single entry or multiple entry. A tourist visa is not extendable.
For Transit visa allows the passenger 96 hours to visit freely inside the UAE. A transit visa is valid for 14 days from its date of issue and allows the passenger a single entry.
For Business visa allows the employee to enter the country within 2 months from the issuance date and to stay for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of entry.
