UNITED KINGDOM VISA

United Kingdom is an island country spanning an archipelago including Great Britain, located in Western Europe comprising England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. United Kingdom is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea, the English Channel, and the Irish Sea. Foreigners who wish to enter the UK for visit or business purpose must obtain the visa in advance unless they are exempt. The UK is a member of the European Union, but it has an opt-out from the Schengen border-free area. It operates its own visa policy and also maintains the Common Travel Area with the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Visa policy of the United Kingdom is similar to the visa policy of the Schengen Area. It grants visa-free for for certain period of time depanding on their nationalities. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months to visit the UK.

Citizen of the following countries can enter the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man without a visa:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UNITED KINGDOM VISA APPLICATION

All visitors to United Kingdom must submit:

1. Application form signed by the applicant.
2. Original passport valid for at least 06 months from the date of entry into United Kingdom and still has blank pages and the expired passport (if any);
3. 03 photos white background, size 3,5 cm X 4,5 cm size, must be taken within the last 6 months;
4. A copy of Vietname temporary residence card, work permit applied for foreigner working in Vietnam;
5. Notarized true copy of National Identity Card;
6. Notarized true copy of Household Registration Book;
7. Notarized true copy of Marriage Certificate (if any);
8. Notorized true copy of Birth Certificate;

   - Notarized true copies of any asset ownership certificates (such as house and land);

10. Proof of social and professional status:

SPAIN VISA

TYPES OF SPAIN VISA (Short-term visa)

1. Tourism / Family visa: is granted for those where the intention is to visit Spain for tourism and sightseeing;
2. Business visa: is granted for those who are visiting Spain for business;
3. Student visa: is granted for students whose courses is less than 90 days;
4. Visa for Official Passport: is granted for those whose intention is to visit Spain on Official purpose;
5. Transit for seaman: is granted for some nationals who move to an area through a Spanish port;
6. Relatives of EU citizens: is granted for those who want go to Spain for medical treatment.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SPAIN VISA APPLICATION

All applicants must submit:

1. Application form signed by applicant;
2. Covering letter from the applicant (stating the pupose of travel, dates of travel, all cover letter must include details of any other accompaying people as well);
3. Original passport valid for at least 03 months beyond the stay in Spain with two blank pages (passport is not older than 10 years when applying for a visa);

GERMANY VISA

Citizens of most countries require a valid visa to enter Germany. Type of visa and duration of stay are determined/ confirmed by the Embassy or consulate. Type and category of visa will vary according to the purpose of visit, the length of stay and bilateral arrangement with the country of the foreign national. Currently, the citizens of 62 countries can enter Germany visa-free for the purpose of tourism/ visiting and business doing, for periods shorter than 90 days within a 180-day period. If you are not a national of any of these 62 countries that have established a visa-free regime with the European Union, then you will need to obtain a visa first, in order to be permitted to enter Germany. Any change in rules and regulations made by the Government of Germany will apply to issue visas. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months to visit Germany.

TAIWAN VISA

Taiwan is an island nation in East Asia, located just off the coast of mainland China. While Taiwan has had a complicated and sometimes tumultuous history, today it is a vibrant democracy and a global leader in press freedom, healthcare, human rights, and political freedom. The island's high-tech industry plays a key role in the global economy, and ​it is among the most highly educated countries in the world.Visitors to Taiwan must obtain a visa in advance, unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries or countries whose nationals are eligible for visa on arrival. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months (except the citizens of Japan and the United States who are only required to hold a passport valid for the entire duration of stay).

Citizens of countries are allowed a maximum stay of 30 days: Belize, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Malaysia, Nauru, Saint Christopher and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Singapore.

Citizens of countries are allowed a maximum stay of 14 days: Thailand (effective from August 1, 2016, to July 31, 2019), Brunei (effective from August 1, 2016, to July 31, 2019), Philippines (effective from November 1, 2017, to July 31, 2019).

WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR VISA ON ARRIVAL 

Nationals of the following countries can obtain a visa on arrival:

1. Macedonia 
2. Turkey 

NOTES:

• Holders of emergency or temporary passports with validity of more than 6 months issued by visa-exempt countries are eligible for visa on arrival for a fee. The duration of stay is 30 days regardles of nationality and cannot be extended. This measure does not apply to holders of emergency or temporary passports issued by the United States as they are visa exempt.
• Visa on arrival is only available at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. For passengers arriving at Taipei Songshan Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport or Taichung Airport, they would be issued a temporary entry permit and will have to apply for a visa at the Bureau of Consular Affairs office or one of the offices of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan at their earliest convenience. 

Vietnamese citizens (haven’t exported labor abroad) containing valid visa of America, Canada, Britain, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the European Schengen (including residence card) shall be exempt from Taiwan entry and staying in 30 days. However, the applicant should register online to be considered for visa, after approval, they may conduct the procedure of air plane and entry Taiwan.

HONG KONG VISA

The visa policy of Hong Kong deals with the requirements in which a foreign national wishing to enter the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region must meet to obtain an entry permit or visa, which depending on the traveler's nationality, may be required to travel to, enter, and remain in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Visitors from over 145 countries are permitted visa-free entry for periods ranging from 7 to 180 days, to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for tourism or certain business-related activities. All visitors must hold a passport valid for more than 1 month.

Citizens of countries are allowed a maximum stay of 180 days: United Kingdom (British citizens only), Macau (for holders of Macau Permanent Resident Identity Cards, regardless of nationality).

Citizens of countries are allowed a maximum stay of 14 days: Albania, Algeria, Belarus, Beninn, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Chad, Comoros, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Haiti, India, Kazakhstan, Lesotho, Macedonia, Madagascar, Mali, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Mongolia, Montenegro, Mozambique, Niger, Palau, Philippines, Russia, Sao Tome and Principe, Serbia, Suriname, Ukraine, Vatican City.

SINGAPORE VISA

Visitors to Singapore can either enter the country without a visa or in some cases they must first obtain a visa. Viet Nam and other 150 countries may travel to Singapore for a certain period of times (90 days, 30 days, 14 days) without a visa depending on their nationality upon condition that those foreign nationals have the passport which is valid for at least 06 months and also provide the time stay in Singapore.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please do not submit the application too early before your planned trip to Singapore. If the validity of the visa has lapsed, the applicant will need to submit a fresh application. Applicants are advised to submit the applications 1 to 2 weeks prior to the departure and to check the visa date of issue and the validity period carefully upon receiving the visa;
• Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. The granting of entry into Singapore is determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers at the point of entry. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore and a confirmed onward/return air ticket;
• The period of stay in Singapore will be decided by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority Officer at the point of entry in Singapore. Applicants are advised to check their passports for the arrival endorsement and take note of the duration of stay given.

WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR VISA ON ARRIVAL 

Effective from 01 October 2015, Indian and Chinese nationals arriving from a third country which are Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 7 days (that cannot be extended)  at Kuala Lumpur–International (KUL), Johor Bahru (JHB), Kota Kinabalu (BKI), Kuching (KCH) and Penang (PEN), only if they meet all of the below criteria:

1. Valid visa from third country.
2. Confirmed return ticket.
3. In possession of at least USD1000 cash money as show money.

TYPES OF MALAYSIA VISA

1. Single visa: is issued to foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Malaysia mainly for a social visit;
    
2. Multiple visa: is issued to foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Malaysia mainly for business or government-to-government matters;
